One of the niobium tube extrusion production method includes the following steps: preparation, a power frequency induction heating (600 + 10˚C), glass powder lubrication, secondary power frequency induction heating (1150 + 10˚C), reaming (reduction of area is not greater than 20.0%), thrid power frequency induction heating (1200 + 10˚C), small deformation, extrusion, extrusion ratio is not more than 10, reduction of area is not greater than 90%) and air cooling technology, finally the hot extrusion process of niobium tube is finished.

Niobium Sheet Production Technology
Niobium sheet & plate is usually made by cold rolling, the total processing rate is controlled at 80% ~ 90% of slab thickness, and the total processing rate is 6% ~ 8% of slab thickness. In order to ensure the surface quality of sheet metal, the blank of forging forming must be not defective, polluted, and the roller surface must be clean.
Niobium alloy sheet, niobium strip and niobium foil processing technology and heat treatment specification is as follows: electron beam melting of Nb ingot — at room temperature (or < 400 degree Celsius) forging — annealing — roughing — annealing — strip rolling — annealing — foil rolling — heat treatment.
